      The HMs of Govt/ZP High Schools in Tekkali Division are hereby requested to verify the particulars of Rationalisation and final status of sanctioned posts with reference to their school records and submit the signed hard copy of the following information to the O/o DyEO, Tekkali on 22.06.2017 with out fail.

1. Final vacancy position.

2. Request letters of teachers whose UP Schools are merged in High Schools to continue them in High Schools.          

3. Particulars of transfer Applications of teachers whose Up School is merged in       High School.

4. Particulars of 8 years vacancies which should not be shown as vacancies due to     adjusting the teachers who come from UP Schools due to merging.

5. Particulars of 8 years vacancies which should not be shown as vacancies due to     adjusting the surplus teachers of the same.
